NOT KNOWN FACTS ABOUT 23-N=12

I tried ten/ten/ten and it appeared to create plenty of green plants but no ample fruit. Beets had excellent leaves but little beets, tomatoes experienced 5 ‘ plants but fruit was little rather than plentiful, what is this yard lacking? I've lots of clay soil, have additional sand , buried leaves from former 12 months, extra manure from Walmart,
